Check Settings, My Devices, your camera, Video Settings for a pinch zoom in the image presented there. When I check signal, I have full bars and it’s actually the closest of all my cameras to my WiFi station.<BR />2. Regarding zoom.. I can only increase the zoom from its current state and can’t reduce the picture.,<BR />3. the camera is pointing in the right direction (down and straight) but the picture is showing (up to the left).
