Bought 2 new Pro 2 cameras and fully charged but phone cannot find devices

Bought 2 new arlo pro 2 cameras

Fully charged and phone cannot find devices to add the 2 cameras

Base is connected to internet

Please help

If you have a base station with the button on the top, try pressing it for two seconds then press the camera top sync button.

Try using a PC web browser instead (my.arlo.com).

Are these new or used?

do not hold the base button.... a quick press and then the camera.

Move your base as far away from yr router ( length of cable ) and then hold the camera about 3 ft away from base

do you get a slow blinking blue led to fast on camera?

Should i sync the camera to the base 1st then try to find the device on my phone?

Sounds dumb but I'm trying everything lol

sync first... if it syncs by showing fast blue led flash.... closing/reload app and it should appear on app

Are you seeing them in the web browser (my.arlo.com)? If so, can you live stream?
