My latest Arlo app on Android crashes whenever I press 'Mode'.

My latest Arlo app on Android crashes whenever I press 'Mode'. It happened after another account has enabled my mobile as a second geofencing mobile. Even the first mobile changes back to other modes including Disarm, my app still crashes.

I have the latest app loaded on 4 different Android devices with no such issues. Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest app. I even rebooted the hub. It still crashed. Is there any way to collect the crash dump from my android for support?

You'll need to use the Contact Support link at the bottom here and have them see if they need any such dump.
