I have an Arlo Pro 2 camera, with full signal strength, continually stuck and not recording. When looking on the app, it indicates that motion is being detected, but there is no motion. Once the motion indicator stops, it will not record at all.. Usually upon restarting the base station it will resolve the issue for a few days, but it always falls into the same issue. I have removed the battery and reconnected it, which does not seem to have an impact. Any ideas?

It may be a hardware issue... unable to know from info.

But you can also try simple things if you have more than one camera.... Swap the two. See if the issue follows camera which eliminates a few other possibilities.

Also after above, have you actually tried REMOVE DEVICE on the camera and re installing it to reset/rebuild all the info stored in the base?
