Turning cameras on and off from my iPhone

I have trouble turning my cameras on or off from my iPhone. I'll 'click' it on or off but it won't go on or off. Then all of a sudden it will work! It never did this before. Why is it doing this?

I have a few questions for you.

Which version of the Arlo app are you using?
Have you tried to remove . Re-install the Arlo app?
Does this occur over WiFi & Mobile Data?

I don't know which app I'm using. The person who installed my cameras installed the app also.

In the app go to settings then "about" and the version is there.

It says 3.2 (2202); if I'm reading it right under "version" Released 3/29/2021

If you are still experiencing this issue, please try & remove & re-install the Arlo app.
