Help Troubleshoot camera angle

My Arlo camera is pointed down towards driveway but when I look at the footage on the app it’s showing that it’s pointing up and to the left instead of center and down. I have removed batteries and reset the system and it is still doing it. Also came to realize that now my living room camera is doing the same thing. I use my cameras regulary and have never come across this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated

What camera models do you have?

Are you also seeing this in the web browser and in downloaded files?

I also have this problem and just posted about it. It affects two of my three cameras.

On my cameras it's only capturing top left, in both liveview and downloaded files. Very frustrating. It's obviously affecting a few cameras out there.

Is any zoom/cropping being used in the camera Video Settings?

reset the crop/zoom by clicking on the pic in same
