Verification code is not accepted on my account? Shows invalid.

I have tried several times to enable the verification, no matter what code I enter, the same message

appears, invalid. I can not log in to enable!

thank you, I was allowed into my account and could view what had occurred on the cameras. now it appears that all of my cameras (4) are out of sinq? how could this happen?
