    <description>Have a ongoing warranty claim base station no led lights come on they keep asking me the same questions about the product now I have 4 days to respond or the case will be closed trying to update case and link takes me to system invalid token so I go to the previous email to update case letting them know that I cannot update my case and get nothing back Arlo support used to be very good what has happened I can’t get through when I phone takes two to three days to get a reply from them and then the warranty case is only open for 14 days so when they ask questions and there long delay in replying the 14 days are gone very frustrating product is good support is terrible</description>
