Setting up Pro 2 but asking for 2.4GHz Internet? I only have 5GHz.

Trying to set up new arlo pro 2 but it ask for 2.4ghz internet, I only have 5khz nbn here in Australia, arlo haven't been real helpful asking me to activate ports. I bought this and paid more than others so I could just plug in and use, this is definitely not the case.
Anyone had same initial set up problem... T I A

It may not be the issue you state.... ( assuming you mean 5GHZ on Khz )

TMK, the Pro2 base only uses 2.4g ( creates it's own 2.4 network for cameras only ) and the cameras need to sync to the base unit. ( even down under ) but the base connects via Ethernet only to your router

These systems don't use your WiFi - the base creates its own dedicated network. You can't access this network in any way - only the cameras can. The base connects to your network via the Ethernet cable for access to the Arlo servers.
