Cameras won’t record. Tried replacing battery.

I have 3 cameras all solar powered and none of them will record. I have read previous blogs about replacing batteries, but not relevant in my situation. Any advice appreciated. TIA

What mode are you using? Are there rules enabling the cameras to record?

Also, it would be good to check that the cameras are in fact Pro 2s. Newer cameras (Pro 3, Pro 4, Ultra, Essential) all require paid subscriptions to get cloud recordings.

The mode is armed. With respect to the rules, apologies, I don't what that means, how I would find them or change them.

We have had the system since new (approx 18 months) and has worked perfectly ok up until about 3 months ago. The cameras themselves work fine, they just don't record

Rules are specified inside each mode, and they should specify that each of your cameras will record when motion is detected. https://kb.arlo.com/42/What-are-modes-and-rules-and-how-does-Arlo-use-them

Are you certain they are Pro 2 cameras? Pro 3 and up require paid subscriptions to get cloud recordings.

Also, are you able to make manual recordings?
