Try a different router port and cable although I'm not sure they will help. The lack of any color Internet LED means the connection to the router is totally lost which could be either a base or router problem.

Base Station VMB4000r3 periodically going offline. Always have to reboot Base Station and router.

Hi,
My Arlo VMB4000r3 is connected directly to the router and has one Pro2 camera attached wirelessly.
About every 4-5 hours the Base Station drops the internet connection (central light goes off) and everything in the iOS app appears offline. The router is still working fine for all other devices.
In order to rectify it I have to reboot the Base Station and the router.
Base station is running the latest firmware.
Any help appreciated.
Thank you.

Thank you for the reply. I’ve tried a different router and swapped cables etc, but the same problem remains.

Sounds like it could be the port on the base. Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here. Something I just learned is that if you use the Live Chat link there a troubleshooting flow pops up that may provide solutions. If not, continue to a live person.
