The past 2 days I've received about 12 emails allegedly from Arlo support claiming I requested a password change. The emails include a link to change my password. I have 2 concerns...I didn't request to change my password and I never clink on a link in an email to update account information. I contacted Arlo support and they seemed to think the emails are legit. I'm not convinced they are. Anyone else experience the same thing?

Yeah, password works fine. And it's a very strong password. I think it's a scam. Just not sure why Arlo thinks it's legit. Kind of disconcerting.

Have you checked the email headers to see if the emails are actually coming from Arlo?

Yeah, I checked that. It said it was coming from Arlo.com. The Arlo rep said it was their email address. I don't know. Maybe they're having some issues
