Not all cameras showing up when given access

We have four Arlo Pro 2 cameras. I have given access to my wife and she receives notifications for all four cameras. However, only two of the cameras actually show up within her app (despite my app showing she has access to all of them). Does anyone know how the remaining two cameras can be added to her app?

Have you deselected those cameras and added them back into her shared access account settings? Perhaps deleting her access and inviting her again would clear the issue.
