Seeing orange circle wanting me to activate activity zone after updating my Arlo Android app

I updated to the new app now I am seeing a orange circle on the screen wanting me to activate activity zones now my cameras are not plugged in and I don't want to see this orange dot or circle on my screen as it was never there before and I cant get rid of it.

Every time Arlo updates the app they always create another problem or issue. I am on Android, my wife's phone and tablet does not see this also on Android.

I always click on things like that and they don't show up again.

I have too but this time it won't go away but the other 2 devices are grant access so that's why there not seeing it
