Parts aren't available other than to buy a used one (maybe broken?) for parts. You can try using the Contact Support link at the bottom here to see what they say but I suspect you're right. If it seals ok and just has a crack, you could use various sealants such as RTV/silicone rubber or even tape to cover the crack. If the cover won't seal, I'd carefully use an outdoor tape to wrap the crack and the battery cover/camera body joint. Some investigation of available sealants and tapes may give you a solution.

Pro 2 Replacement Battery Door Cracked. Any way to order replacement?

While taking a camera down to charge it, I slipped on the ladder and dropped the camera, cracking the battery door. Is there anywhere to order replacement parts? I know arlo doesn't sell them, I went on their website and an employee told me to fill out a warranty form. I don't think they will accept me dropping the camera as a valid reason for a warranty replacement though. Am i just going to be stuck with the broken door?
