      <description>I have tried to grant access but all it says is pending. She never received any email notification.&lt;BR /&gt;So I tried another email she uses but again no contact, just reports pending.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>She got the invite on the laptop, Comcast account.&lt;BR /&gt;No good though. She needs access with one of those apple phones.&lt;BR /&gt;Sent many invites, bit it seems to be a problem with apple phones and gmail.&lt;BR /&gt;Shock, yea. Tried to get her to use a real phone. Arlo needs to fix their problems as usual, again.</description>

      <description>Arlo does not offer any support unless you buy into one of the pay plans.&lt;BR /&gt;All support links greyed out.&lt;BR /&gt;That's why I ended up in this chat thing.&lt;BR /&gt;Guess it's just time to give up on Arlo if they won't support it.&lt;BR /&gt;I need to get a real security system.</description>

You still have the option to contact support, you might want to try a different browser. for convenience, you can also use the Arlo app to create a support case or contact customer support in general.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
