Transfer Arlo Pro 2 Camera to another user. Appreciate any guidance.

I want to transfer my Arlo Pro 2 cameras and base station to another user (but not my account).

I cannot find a step by step procedure online to off-board the existing set up on my Arlo account and for the other person to set up the system on their own account. I would appreciate any guidance.

Use REMOVE Device first on the cameras in your account and then the base ...

so all are off your account

The new user would set up with a new account as if a new system

thanks - then what are the precise steps for the new owner? presumably they have to create an account on Arlo website, load the base station etc?

Sorry to be pedantic but I am not in the same location as the new owner and the online user manual doesn't load any pages of information after about page 4 (useless) so I need to be as complete as possible with the instructions.
