Receiving notifications long after motion was detected

My initial alert is delayed 2 minutes. I suddenly have a 3-4 minute delay between an alert and when I can view it. A thief would be in and out in that amount of time. They would have time to sit down and have a drink too. My internet is really good. What recently changed with Arlo as it is now useless to me?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.
