Pro 2 not connecting. LED becomes blue and starts blinking. Have reset and restarted.

Hi guys bought 2 days ago. When plug station in led becomes blue and then strata blinking. I have reset restart redo all other nothing it can’t be found.

You don't need the app to sync these cameras. Briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds - and then the camera button. Both devices should be blinking slowly to indicate syncing is being processed followed by rapid blue blinking.

When you reset the base did you hold the reset button for >10 seconds, until the LED flashes amber?

Yes blinks get bleue and blinks again

Hi Alex2269,

Just to make sure, are you having problems getting your Base Station/SmartHub added to your account? Or is it your Pro 2 camera?
