Arlo Pro 2 camera siren button greyed out

Hello Everyone,

Two issues really

Issue one is that none of my listed/synced cameras siren button is working - it’s just greyed out - any ideas?

2nd issue is the kit came for 4 cameras and I could only sync 3 the one camera just won’t sync no matter what I try, have reinstalled app twice now

Could you show us a screenshot where it shows the siren button is grayed out?

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. I actually don't see anything where the siren button is grayed out. Could you share the screenshot again where it shows it is grayed out?

And for the second issue you raised up, refer to this article if you're having problems syncing your camera: My Arlo camera will not sync with my SmartHub or base station; how can I troubleshoot it?
