Camera keeps detecting motion when nothing is happening. Sensitivity is set to 1. Tried resyncing.

One of my 3 cameras suddenly started constantly detecting motion when nothing is happening. V quickly went through batteries. I've set sensitivity to 1 (in Mode setting) - moved to a place with nothing is occurring to set the camera off - tried re-synching. Looked on here and there are dozens of similar issues.
