ARLO Pro 2 battery discharge problem. Dies in 2-3 weeks. Tried moving camera closer.

I have 5 Pro 2 cameras connected to the base station (for close to a year now). Only one camera discharges its battery fast (2-3 weeks). I even moved the camera closer to the base station. It is the closest of all cameras to the base station and shows 5 WiFi bars. I have firmware 1.16.3.2_3563_6cd3d19 (base station) and 1.125.14.0_34_1189 (Cameras). I have rotated the batteries and have the same excessive draining problem with this one camera only. This camera also seems to be "reluctant" to detect motion as I have never seen the raccoons which visit my lawn on a video recording, which is directly below this camera (could this be related to the battery drain problem?). I have reset the base station, removed the camera and re-installed the camera, but nothing changes. Recently this camera went off-line even though the battery was not totally drained?
