STOP Email Notifications ARLO Pro 2

Two Questions:

1. How di I stop the email notifications? I've checke the boxes for motion & sound detectin and check DO NOTHING. I continually get an email notification and want it to stop.

2. How may I load the ARLO Ap on my iPad Model MD366ll/A with iOS9.3.5, carrier is AT&T? arlo.netgear.com shows the logo with wifi bird wings but will not let me into the app.

Press the Mode button at the bottom of your app screen.

On the next screen select your Pro base station. On that page, select the green pencil icon to the right of the Armed text.

The next screen will say Edit Mode at the top of the screen. For each camera in the Rules secton select the green pencil next to that camera's rule.

At the bottom of the page where you see the Alert section, Click on the square box to the right of the Email alerts to disable it.

Green with checkmark means enabled.

Clear empty box means disabled.

As for your iPad I am not sure if the app is enabled for that model or not. You may have to go into a browset such as Safari or Firefox to manage your system and log into your account at https://arlo.netgear.com.

For using Arlo on the IPad.....go to the Apple Store and get the app.

You can't use the web version due to lack of flash
