Sun damage with Arlo Pro 2. Shows large black spot that covers the whole camera.

I bought a new Alro Pro 2 and moved the camera to a new spot. The sunlight was directly on it today for about 5 minutes when I realized that it had been what looks like damaged. The camera now has a large black spot that covers the whole camera. Has this happened to others or was it just a fluke since the sun was shining directly into the camera.

Any help is appreciated.

Most of mine are always in direct sunlight and have not seen that. If you can a pic would help.

Was something magnifying the sun light on the cam?

Is it possible that the camera has zoomed in to the upper left?
Check the camera’s zoom and position option in the camera’s video settings.
