the Arlo2 system, with 3 cameras work fine for the past two years,

but recently two of them are disconnected, it says no battery.

I did fully charged different batteries with the external charging device.

And also tried to connect with USB Cable.

Any idea why?

I am located in Hong Kong, is there any maintenance service here?

Thanks in advance!

Firmware: 1.125.14.0_34_1189

Is it possible that the batteries are totally dead? There's an FAQ here in the support section that details how to revive them by plugging them in at least 6 times to get enough charge to allow them to fully charge.

WHat happens if you remove the battery and use only the charger?

I tried different batteries (all are fully charged), and also tried using the AC/USB Cable...

it doesn't work both. 😰
