Shared cameras have disappeared

We have three Arlo Pro2 cameras at our house. My brother has a couple cameras at his business that he shared with me and I was able to see them just fine. Now the're gone from my app; on his app it shows that they're shared with me, and on my app it shows the base station for his cameras, but I can't find how to get the cameras to show up on my app again. I would sure appreciate help!

He could try deselecting those cameras and saving and then reselecting to see if that helps. Otherwise, deleting your access and adding you back may be the solution.
