Arlo Pro 2 Camera won't sync

Brand new, other 2 cameras have connected but the 3rd won't synch. I have tried both on my phone and my partners phone but it doesn't detect any camera

Be sure to only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds. You don't need to use the app to sync it, just press the sync buttons. What do the LEDs indicate about syncing (or not)?

We had the same problem. Make sure the third camera is fully charged. If the battery is low, you will not be able to sync or update the software.
