Love the Arlo Security Camera System. I purchased the Arlo Pro because it offered the Geofencing feature. It originally worked flawlessly, but now I have to manually arm and disarm the camera when I leave home and return. Can anyone tell me if the Arlo Pro2 has fixed the bug?

Since the quality of the video is now 1080p , what about the battery life , how long the battery can last at best video mode in 1080p , can I sync the new arlo pro 2 into the old base ? How many gb on the sd card support the new base.

One thing to check is if your phone has it's location services turned on and also make sure that the Arlo app is allowed to use those services. I'm assuming that you have already rebooted both your phone and the base station at some point?

I did make sure location services on my iPhone were on and that Arlo app was allowed to use the services as well. I rebooted my iPhone, but never rebooted the base station. I will try that. Thank you.

I just spent over $1000.00 on the Arlo Pro and am wondering if I should return and replace with 2...having trouble and would sure like to have 2 if there have been improvements. I believe this is a good product and have been boasting about it.
