Arlo has caused a nightmare scenario with two-step authentication. Sort your stuff, please.

I have just tried to log in to turn off system; cannot, been logged out as my wife was in. I try to get in, get sent authentication code; have to step out of ARLO app to access code; go back to ARLO App which prompts another code; go out of ARLO app to access code; blah blah blah, you can imagine the rest a circular reference which as kept me distracted from my days work.

I need a system that I can access from my phone, period and not one that needs an additional device connection. Tried to contact the live chat, which is NOT live but a bot. Seriously hacked off so if anyone has any ideas out there I am listening.

I would suggest to set up a grant access for your wife so you don't get logged out when she logs on to your account. You can read here to learn how to enable grant access: How do I add friends to my Arlo account?
