Just got Arlo Pro 2. Setting up the base station was find, but cannot find the cameras whatsoever.

I just got my Arlo Pro 2 system. Setting up the base station was find, but it cannot find the cameras whatsoever. I guess the next step is to go ahead and return it.

What happens when you try to add a camera? Details would help.

All you need to do to sync a camera is to briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds - and then a camera sync button. You should see slow blinking blue on the camera until the camera syncs at which time it will blink rapid blue. Amber flashes indicate failure. Be sure the battery is charged.
