VMB4000r3 can't make friends connection. Tried on iPhone, computer and everything.

dear,

I'm trying to add a friend that he can see my camera's but it allways give a fould that arlo is not rechable and i need to try it later. but now i waited a day and not jet it changed. I tryed it on an other Phone, computer, everthing. so i don't know what to do next.

Could you clarify on what problem you're having when trying to grant access? Could you show a screenshot of the error you're receiving?
