    <description>&lt;P&gt;The system has to remain connected to the servers but I wouldn't think a system that's totally disarmed would be using much. Use of Arlo Smart may be a factor when armed, even if you don't see any videos in the library since the videos upload to the servers for post-processing. If the subject is determined to be not one of the items you have selected, the video is discarded. Thus, the video is always sent but not necessarily in the library.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have three Arlo Pro 2 cameras with base station VMB4000. Recently I purchased the smart service. After that, I found my Xfinity internet usage surged up significantly. Even after I put the cameras in "disarmed" state. My router can report the usage of each port so I am very sure that the Cameras used a lot of bandwidth. I just did another example yesterday and confirmed that. This does not make sense. I am very close to my monthly Xfinity limit because of this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
