      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the USB is only for charging, not data, I would suspect that the extra wires are either for additional physical support or possibly for detection of non-Arlo chargers. You're basically on your own here. You can use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for hardware issues, especially under warranty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
