do you need to set new filters each time you log onto your My Arlo site to check the videos? it seems each time I check my library videos and look at filters there are none checked. So I check them again.

Hi Nanlee,

Yes, you will need to set the filters again when you log in through my.arlo.com or through the Arlo app on your phone device.

Im confused are you saying each time I log out my filters are not saved? When I log on and look at my videos the filters are gone and I have to save them again, so when I leave and log out after saving them they should be on. this makes no sense to me that when I log out they would stop.

@Nanlee Mine work the same as JessicaP described that they should . When I log out the filter defaults back to any camera, showing all cameras.
