I have had it connected but then it lost contact with the app. It says the base station is offline.<BR />I deleted it and my cameras from my account.<BR />I have factory reset it 2 times.<BR />I have several VBM 4000 and to check that there is nothing wrong with the router or internet I tried to connect it to one that works.
