Need to access memory from Jun 28 but only have recording till Jul 3

i need more access to the memory than 6 six days how can I find these recordings.

Have back recordings to July 3 Need to get back to June 28.

What to do?

On Pro2 cams they have 7 day free cloud storage so no way to get June 28 unless you have a subscription for 30 days. I assume with limited information that is what your asking about.

Were you using a mem card backup?... if so they would be there.

That's where this really comes in handy.

As to the rest... In the PAST, if you had a 7 day storage and upgraded to a 30 day storage, the videos would appear.

This may or may not work anymore, but if it is very important to you, you may want to take a chance and sign up for one month and see if it works. Prob not but worth a shot.
