    <description>&lt;P&gt;On Pro2 cams they have 7 day free cloud storage so no way to get June 28 unless you have a subscription for 30 days. I assume with limited information that is what your asking about.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i need more access to the memory than 6 six days how can&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I find these recordings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have back recordings to July 3&amp;nbsp; Need to get back to June 28.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Were you using a mem card backup?... if so they would be there.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That's where this really comes in handy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As to the rest... In the PAST, if you had a 7 day storage and upgraded to a 30 day storage, the videos would appear.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This may or may not work anymore, but if it is very important to you, you may want to take a chance and sign up for one month and see if it works.&amp;nbsp; Prob not but worth a shot.&lt;/P&gt;
