Thanks for the suggestion. Have completed both and problem still persists. I’m making the connection to the firmware upgrade as I have not seen this issue before over a year of operation until the day after the upgrade. It seems as if it has affected the dynamic management of image contrast and can’t dial down the contrast in high dynamic range situations.

Pro 2 picture contrast issue after firmware update. Tried reducing brightness but loses image.

After installing the firmware update as prompted for my base station and Pro 2 camera, the image contrast has become very amplified. Brighter areas of the image are now blown out white and darker areas much darker.

I have compensated to some degree by reducing brightness, but lose the image in the shadows.

Anyone else experiencing this or able to resolve?

I'd start by rebooting the base and reinserting the battery to get to a known condition. If it still exists, remove and resync the camera.
