Latest Arlo Android update (2.18) messed up my live stream. Zoomed in all my videos. Can't see full.

Wtf is going on with the latest Android update? Both my Sony XZ3 and Galaxy S20 Ultra the live view is zoomed it on all my 4 Pro 2 cameras and Arlo Baby. Its zoomed in a notch so i cant see the full picture. And if i go fullscreen on my S20 the video view is so small. Watching from library is OK, and fullscreen works fine on the XZ3.

Hi Simk1n,

Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting both of your phone devices to see if that helps? Does this also occur on WiFi and/or cellular data?

Yes I have tried rebooting and re-adding phones. It's the same on my Galaxy S20 Ultra and Xperia Xz3, and my wife's LG G7 Thinq. It started after the last update, it's been fine for two years now.

Sounds like it's somehow a local problem or one with those phones - it works fine here on my Pixel 3 XL.

Latest app update fixed it.
