      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you using the original cord and ac adapter?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have had a Pro2 plugged in with battery since release ( 2+years ) and all is still fine.&amp;nbsp; The battery internally only really charges to 80% ( tho it reads 100% ) to insure the battery does not get overcharged when left in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Of course batteries do fail after a number of years but haven't seen it here yet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just confirm it's the original charger&lt;/P&gt;
