Arlo pro battery life question

life span of the battery if it is on AC power all the time? ours said the battery is low even though it is plugged in, power cord is working but camera battery is dying, could it need a new battery?

Are you using the original cord and ac adapter?

I have had a Pro2 plugged in with battery since release ( 2+years ) and all is still fine. The battery internally only really charges to 80% ( tho it reads 100% ) to insure the battery does not get overcharged when left in.

Of course batteries do fail after a number of years but haven't seen it here yet.

Just confirm it's the original charger
