Missing link to return cams with RMA number

This is extremely frustrating. I have received case numbers and RMA numbers to return 2 Arlo cameras and not one link to connect me to choose and pay shipping method. Numerous emails requesting help and live chat in which i was disconnected. This is not rocket science ! How the heck do I get a return label and pay for shipping before my RMA numbers expire??? I need my two cameras back and working asap.
