Smart hub is just blinking amber then turns solid blue but goes back to blinking amber

Smart hub when plugged in, flashing amber for a couple of minutes and then turns a solid blue. Minutes later it goes back to flashing amber. The hub is plugged into the internet and the internet is working just fine. Trying to locate the hub via the app is also not working.

Is this a new install? If so, try holding the reset button until the LED flashes amber (>10 seconds) and try again.
