    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been working here. Is it still having an issue? WHat Internet security software are you using? Kaspersky has been problematic where you have to whitelist arlo.com. Also, if using a VPN, turn that off.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo portal seems not to be responding. No error message. Tried on Chrome and Firefox.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Arlo portal seems not to be responding. Username and password are correct. I click login but nothing happens. no error message or anything. I get the same using Chrome and Firefox. Am running Windows 10 home. I have successfully logged on a few weeks back&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this a flash issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just paused Kaspersky and you're right, portal goes on from the login. I thought that I added the my arlo site as an exclusion, but clearly not.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'll liase with the Kaspersky guys and see what mask I need to add etc&lt;/P&gt;
