    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cant connect with the base anymore. It was working fine but we can view on another phone but because I am the administrator we cant change any settings have tried factory reset but no luck can anyone help please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it was working on ANY phone, the system was working - it was your app/phone that wasn't. You could try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app before anything else.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You say you tried the factory reset but if the system is still working, you didn't reset. So, the question is - IS it still working?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
