Hello,

Approximately 2 months ago I started having issues with my Arlo Pro2 cameras automatically pausing after about 20 min of streaming. I use one of my Arlo cameras as a baby monitor and it has become extremely frustrating to have to hit play over and over again to make sure my child is ok. We had little trouble with timeouts or disconnecting until recently and this is unacceptable. Please correct this problem. My WiFi signal is strong throughout the house with multiple repeaters.

A couple of things here. For starters, your WiFi has nothing to do with Arlo unless it's causing interference with the dedicated WiFi between the cameras and the base.

The Arlo part of the issue is that these are designed as battery-operated cameras so live viewing has always timed out after several minutes. This is true even if plugged into AC power. If you need something that will continue to stream, the Arlo Baby is what you need.
