Arlo Pro 2 base station lights are green but cannot be discovered

I had to change my modem and router today and now the arlo app will not discover the base station. Lights are green on it with the center one blinking occassionally.

The Arlo chat man helped me out alot. Told me things that were not in the user manual. When you reset the base station hold the reset button in until you can see some amber lights. More than 15 seconds.
