      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, &lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/378"&gt;@jguerdat&lt;/a&gt; I tried that earlier with no luck.&amp;nbsp; I also switched one of the working cameras OFF for motion in case I could only use two with the base.&amp;nbsp; I tried the 'not working' camera then and still had the option grayed out.&amp;nbsp; Firmware is current on base and all cameras.&amp;nbsp; Battery is fine on all as well.&amp;nbsp; The camera has live video so its communicating with the base.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming you tried both the app and a browser with the same results, the next step would be to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh. That should clear out any weirdness.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
