topic Arlo Pro 2 - Camera Range Issue in Arlo Pro 2

I've searched for the answer on this but can't find anything that matches my issue.

I have an Arlo Pro 2 camera in my external garage (which is about 8-10 metres from the base station through a few walls). For the first 8-9 months of living in this house, it has been connected fine with no issues (with 2 of 3 bars on the signal icon). However, for the past couple of months, the camera keeps going offline. And even when it is online (and shows 2 bars) most of the time when I go to view it, it will sit there saying connecting until it eventually goes offline.

I have older Arlo Wireless (Gen 1) and Arlo Pro (Gen 2) cameras - so as a test, I placed these in the garage (in the same location) for several days. Interestingly, these cameras had no issues yet the Arlo Pro 2 continued to have the same issue.

At this point, I thought I may have a faulty camera. So, as another test, I swapped the Arlo Pro 2 camera in question out with another Arlo Pro 2 camera I had. But, to my surprise, that also suffered the same problem! Both of these Arlo Pro 2 cameras work fine when closer to the base station.

Has anyone else experienced this sort of issue recently? I'm wondering if there a range issue on the Arlo Pro 2 cameras that has been introduced with a firmware update...
