so I contacted chat today case number 41578274. My issue is that I cannot get the new phone i purchased LG V60 to a trusted device? I have an NVIDIA shield that the app is installed on and I was able to delete the old phone and make the shield the primary account. I then went through the steps to add my new phone, did everything fine but when you get to the trust device part it keeps giving me the error " There was a problem trusting this device, Try again. It's driving me batS%*t crazy!! any help would be greatly appreciated..
