No microphone displayed on live window when activated through settings on Samsung S7 phone

I am using Samsung S7 mobile. I want to use the microphone and speaker to talk to the camera. There is no microphone icon displayed in the Live window, although I activate the microphone function in the Setting of my Samsung mobile.

Anyone can help?

Have you rebooted your phone and reinstalled the app?

Just tried it on both m Galaxy Tab S3 on Android 9 and Pixel 3 XL on Android 10 with no problems. Guess you need to use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
