      <description>I had to unplug the basstation and  plug it in again. After the hard reset it worked with the update.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the record, that's NOT a reset - it's a power cycle or a reboot. A reset is done when you hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber so you have to start fresh again, as if it were a new system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
