Firmware update fails for VMB4500 (version 1.16.1.1_3260) for days. Live view not usable.

Firmware: 1.16.1.1_3260
Firmware update fails since days. So camera live view is not usable.
Has someone any idea?

I had to unplug the basstation and plug it in again. After the hard reset it worked with the update.

For the record, that's NOT a reset - it's a power cycle or a reboot. A reset is done when you hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber so you have to start fresh again, as if it were a new system.
